Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags
- In its original packaging
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns incur a 5% restocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or grooming products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
